I’m Cameron Koziarz—founder of KoziMarketing and your go-to fractional CMO when growth needs to happen, operations need to scale, and failure isn’t an option.

I know what it means to play to win. From my days on the hockey rink to leading game-changing marketing strategies for startups and SMBs, my career has been defined by strategic execution, adaptability, and relentless focus on results. These principles, honed on and off the ice, became the backbone of my entrepreneurial mission—to empower businesses with expert marketing leadership that drives real growth.

I’ve led marketing teams and strategies across tech, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, staffing, and professional services. I’ve launched campaigns that delivered 175% revenue growth. Built marketing systems that supported $140M+ in funding rounds. And optimized platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads to scale performance.

After 12+ years building marketing functions from the ground up, leading high-performing teams, and helping companies—from startups to Fortune 500s—generate real revenue results, I created KoziMarketing to bring that same strategic leadership and executional horsepower to growth-stage businesses that need both.
